1. Job Functions:Capture; Understand; Review; Clarify and Agree on the business requirements for each of the SprintsTranslate business requirements into Tacton CPQ design and write configuration logic for implementationDistribute the tasks to the team members, monitor, mentor and manage the deliveriesReview of development activities and approve the same for releases in various environmentsNeed to work in the areas of Doc gen, Tacton modelling and configurationManaging the service management support activities (L2 and L3) of Tacton CPQMonitoring the production servers of Tacton CPQ and address the status and threatsMonitor the Product release management (Tacton) and perform impact analysis against the application
2. Experience:Having 6-8 Years of experience as a technical lead in the area software developmentAbility to collaborate effectively across Vendors and CustomersAbility to be productive in a fast paced environment with minimal direction
3. Skills:Tacton CPQ, Java Script, Tacton Modelling, Knowledge of System Integration (SAP PO, Middleware)Certifications in Tacton CPQ will be an added advantageBasic knowledge of CRM/ERP ecosystem
4. General Expectations:Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersMust be able to work in critical times and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceRelevant projects that demonstrate candidate communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong work ethic that prove high quality deliverablesDemonstrated ability to work well both independently and work effectively in a collaborative team environmentExperience in handling development team to ensure on time delivery and should have excellent escalation management skillsEffectively manage all aspects of project, including customer and key user communication
