Credit Delivery Right distribution of load between Credit Managers for timely processing of loan proposals in line with the policy and process guidelines of the Bank.
Managing RBA deviations of respective products with prudence and balancing risk vs opportunity of business.
Close coordination between Sales Team, Data Processing Shops, Underwriting Shops & RIC for end to end management of cases logged in till final decision.
Influencing SMs / ASMs of business team and the Dealer / DSA to source the right mix in order to reduce Probability of Default.
Visit to sourcing channels to keep a close watch on the origination of sourcing, thereby ensuring TTD quality.
Review PDD & Deferrals every month and ensure compliance in line with policy guideline, seek necessary approvals for deviations.
Conduct Reject reason review with Business counterparts and assess re appeal cases to ensure good business opportunity is not lost by the Bank and approval rates are in line with benchmark / management expectation.
Credit Quality To keep a close check on Non Starter, root cause analysis and take corrective action, requisite training to Credit Managers.
To Reduce EMR, by engaging with business counter parts and policy team, identifying areas of stress by using P27 as a tool and proposing changes in policy or introducing regional filters.
Interface with Collections & RIC team to understand early trends, if any, and jointly work with other stake holders on portfolio behavior changes.
To ensure PAR error rates minimal and the Credit Managers are trained / Counselled in line with the policy of the Bank.
Monitoring Daily monitoring of Login volume, Approval Rate & Rework, Credit Manager / Location Wise and ensuring the benchmark is met.
Weekly monitoring of Credit & E 2 E TAT location wise and meeting benchmark.
Monitoring CPV TAT, Door Lock & Address not found fortnightly and ensuring the agency delivery is in line with the management directive.
Engage with business team for FTR, if the addresses / Phone numbers are incorrect.
Chq bounce and 30+ in 3 mob & 6 mob to be monitored and kept within acceptable range.
Monitoring TTD & portfolio quality of sourcing channel, handover report cards and document review with DSA / Dealers as per policy guidelines.
Monitoring competition & market trends and updating relevant information to senior management.
Audit & Vendor Management Process adherence at every location so as to ensure audit reports are satisfactory.
Cooperate with internal auditors, provide relevant data / information, respond to audit queries for a smooth audit review completion.
Vendor reviews are done in line with regulatory requirement and the policy of the Bank.
Vendor bills are reviewed to ensure zero leakages and timely payment with necessary approvals.
Identifying and appointing CPV agencies, Valuers, Legal Vendors as per requirement within shortest possible time, training them and ensuring data security norms are adhered as per ISG guidelines.
People Management Managing and motivating teams to deliver superlative performance on KRAs.
Training new recruits, hand holding them, mentoring them especially in the first 100 days, post joining the organization so as to ensure minimal attrition in less than one year.
Training of existing team of changes in policy, process and other HR guidelines from time to time.
Leave management of Team including mandatory leave as per regulatory guideline.
Understanding of Retail Assets Business and risk Management
Understanding of Commercial & Residential properties documentation, valuation, ability to read technical reports (For Mortgage Credit)
Ability to read Financial Statements
Good interpersonal Skillset
Planning and Organizing Skills
Good Communication Skills
Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
