An excellent opportunity has arisen for a temporary Assistant Accountant
to join the European Finance team, based at our Hesslewood offices in East
Yorkshire. This role represents the perfect opportunity for someone who is
looking to gain invaluable experience within finance. Applicants will be
required to oversee the accounting duties under a Transitional Service
Agreement in relation to a divestment. The responsibilities of the role include
banking, reconciliation, fixed asset reporting, cost centre reporting as well
as having a willingness to accept additional accounting duties. You will also
ensure accurate central reporting by completing regular analysis where
appropriate to reduce the risk of financial implications on the business.

Essentials:
You will have knowledge of control accounts, reconciliations, month end, fixed assets, banking etcYou must have a strong work ethic, organised and able to work under pressureGood teamwork skills to work alongside other finance colleagues to help improve and streamline processesIdeally Part Qualified ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA and actively studying towards completing the qualificationDesirables:
