Content is an integral part of marketing at Exotel. We are looking for a sensible data-driven content marketer to join our growing marketing team. You are our ideal hire if you understand the role of content in growth marketing and sales enablement. You will work with our customer facing teams to come up with content that helps us attract, convert and retain the right customers for Exotel.

What you will do?

Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency across formats such as blogs, webpages, ebooks, and more
Plan and execute a content strategy across channels (website, social, etc,) that drives high engagement with the help of in-house content marketers and external content writers
Support content marketers in creating relevant content (whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, blogs, web content, landing pages, newsletters, webinars, emails, infographics, PR, video scripts etc) to help educate, convert and retain customers
Collaborate with product, demand generation, and account-based marketing teams to create promotional concepts
Create a framework for qualitative and quantitative measurement for content performance
Build a creative approach to content marketing assets with new ideas that push boundaries
Ensure that our content is distributed to the right audience across the right platforms
Create and stick to a content calendar in tandem with our marketing plans
Set content best practices that can be adopted across teams.
Be the voice of brand Exotel on our social platforms

What we look for?

Excellent writing skills
5-7 years experience as a content marketer (preferably with the responsibilities mentioned above)
Familiarity with startups, SAAS businesses, inbound marketing and technology
Strong copy, creative, conceptualization, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
Prior experience in managing team of content marketers
A good understanding of WordPress, SEO, SEM & SMM
Data-driven and attention-to-detail mindset
