Job Description : Key Responsibilities
Regional BD and marketing programmes:
Working with the Middle East CMD team to develop, coordinate and execute regionally focused programmes focused on generating revenue and enhancing market profile.
Assisting with the production and delivery of internal and external marketing communications e.g., newsletters, intranet updates, website updates etc.
Assisting with the provision of client focused briefings and market profiling content through digital and non-digital channels including CRM support.
Assisting with the production of BD and marketing materials such as brochures and contact cards (internal and external).
Assisting with all aspects of external client focused event planning, including webinars and training.
Assisting with the coordination and production of directory submissions and awards.

Client account management
Maintaining information about the regional client programme and ensuring lists, team composition and client requirements are accurate and available to relevant teams.
Supporting the CMD team [and the relationship associates] in the implementation of the client plan, including tracking actions.
Working with secretaries to create bespoke client mailing lists.
Providing general client research/intelligence on request.
Assist with the collation and preparation of client feedback reports.

Operations and infrastructure
Supporting and facilitating the capture of matter credentials in the experience management system.
Assisting with the maintenance of matter credentials in client and marketing materials in global pitch systems.
Recording and maintain pitching data in global pitch systems.
Maintain regional resources including the CMD intranet pages, business continuity, incident management know-how Public Website maintenance.
Arranging and preparing for meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
Maintaining regular and responding to ad hoc reporting requirements across financial and non-financial systems.
General
Interface with senior executives; oversee client relationships, respond to and scope out custom request, set expectations, estimate effort, send MoMs, and manage delivery.
Support various business improvement initiatives acting as agent of positive change.
Providing day-to-day support to the practices as required

Skills & Experience:
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with demonstrated service orientation
Analytical thought and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management, organisational and planning skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines
High level of maturity and confidence necessary to interact with firm lawyers
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM database programmes (in particular InterAction)
High level of attention to detail and meticulous follow-through
Team player who is also self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change and have the flexibility to adjust work schedule according to workload demands or planned events

Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master’s degree from a reputed institute
4-7 years of work experience in a professional service, matrix organisation, partnership or large corporate environm
