Other departments look to the Customer Service Department to fill positions within their departments. Movement into other areas can start as soon as 30 – 90 days after starting, depending on business need.Required Skills and Education:Typing 30 WPMHigh School Diploma or EquivalentExperience using Microsoft Office products6 months experience in any kind of customer support environment (office, retail, hospitality, restaurants, call centers, etc.)What we offer:Consistent schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
