Job Description : An E-Commerce Executive oversees complete order management i.e. order execution, packaging list, invoice, billing and other related documents. Ensure constant availability of stocks on E-commerce channels- take delivery appointments and ensure supply chains fulfils all orders. Ensure route planning of transport for deliveries with minimum cost. Prior hands on experience of customer management would be an added advantage.Job Responsibilities:Individually managing company’s ecommerce order shipping process via tool shopify for official website www.mothersparsh.com.Ensure all commercial processes are smoothly aligned with the customer’s processes.Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure all orders are fulfilled timely by tracking on daily basis.Supervise and train warehouse workforce.Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.Record all order details in the database.Provide highest level of customer service and support to customers.Answering calls politely and professionally to provide information about products and services.Refer unresolved customer grievances special or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.To ensure excellent service standards/feedback, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.Good Microsoft skills specifically Excel data MaintenanceGood listener and active problem-solving skills.Ability to draft clear email responses.Good command on MS OfficeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentPaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
