Job Description : THE DETAIL:
You will lead the Zones EMEA finance team of five managers and report directly to the Finance Director. The role is key within the group, ensuring timely and accurate information is reported to the directors and management team to make sure each of the organisation’s strategies is being delivered over the Dutch, Irish, UK, Turkish, Dubai and Israeli entities. The information should also aid decision making and highlight key issues affecting the businesses.
This is a highly commercial and operationally focused finance position, and you will be required to:
Lead all financial activity for the group
Produce monthly management accounts
Ensure the completion of bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Budget analysis
Improve efficiencies and reduce company costs
Manage and lead the audit process and liaising with external personnel
Managing, mentoring and motivating the accounts team
Budgeting and forecasting, including site variance cost reporting data
Managing cash flow and banking and funding relationships
Contributing to company financial strategy and decision-making process
Understanding financial analysis and reporting
Fully qualified Accountant with CIMA, ACCA or ACA
A minimum of 5 years leading a successful finance team
Demonstrative track record for successful financial month ends
Proven people management skills essential.
Advanced MS Office skills required, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Dynamics 365
Capable of working as part of a team but also using own initiative.
High level of attention to detail required.
Candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact well with groups, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with little supervision.
Must work with a sense of urgency and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment.
Experience in business transformation within in an environment going through organisational change is highly desirable.
