This is a FIOS QCI Process Manager role, reporting to FIOS Transformation Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore. Deploy and lead a common approach for continuous improvement for a local ABB organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improving. Mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results.

Your responsibilities
Experience in driving Robotic Process Automation projects implementation.
Able to conduct Lean Six sigma training sessions across various levels in finance: P2P, O2C and R2R – Demonstrating excellent domain understanding of Lean / Six Sigma tools and able to mentor Lean Six Sigma projects.
Well-versed with Finance Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and able to drive related improvements.
Experience in Transition /Project Management adds value.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong influencing, analytical, presentation (ppt) and change management skills.
Preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean Expert certification.
Expected to work with minimum supervision and proactive engagement with stakeholders.
Work closely with finance delivery teams to identify process improvement opportunities. Spearhead productivity & quality improvement projects.
Your background
Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Finance.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Finance Domain is must.
In depth process knowledge and experience in Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) Processes – with associated SAP working level knowledge is must.
