As a Part-Time employee, you are not eligible to receive medical, dental and vision insurance.Position Overview: The Front Desk Reception is primarily responsible for providing support with the daily activities of a medical spa including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, opening and closing transactions and client care.What You’ll Do: Provide excellent client care and customer serviceAnswer and screen high volume of inbound phone callsManage appointments (scheduling, moving, and canceling appointments)Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts availableProvide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfactionAccurately complete client transactionsManage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, always keeping the clients a priorityPerform opening and closing duties of the clinicEfficiently provide basic office administrative support tasks including but not limited to mailing, faxing, sorting, typing and filingMaintain a professional and clean work environment & appearanceMaintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policyAssist with other duties and projects as assigned by managementWhat You’ll Bring: HS Diploma or GED required; AA preferredAt least 1+ years of customer service experienceExceptional customer service skillsAbility to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.The ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize with a consistently high level of accuracyMust be a team playerKnowledge of: Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn new software quicklyExcellent, written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsGreat attention to detail and accuracyConsistently demonstrates good judgment, strong character and personality, ethics, and high standards of performanceMust be available to work Saturdays, Sundays and eveningsExperience in medical office / understanding of cosmetic procedures / skin care products / Zenoti or other POS systems preferred but not required.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerOccasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hearOccasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 30 poundsSkinSpirit is consistent with state public health orders and policies, requiring employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and show proof of vaccination where permitted by state law.
