Responsibilities:
Developing marketing strategies across different mediums (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Email, &website) for a Guaranteed Rate’s Loan Officer.
Create digital static & video marketing material using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, iMovie, Premier Pro, and Illustrator for social media sites.
Creation of spontaneous video marketing campaigns
Work with the Loan Officers top referral partners to help with their social media campaigns.
Work closely with Guaranteed Rate’s main marketing department to ensure marketing material is compliant & up to Guaranteed Rate’s standards.
Ensure projects adhere to the frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Manage communications between the copy team, graphic designers, and stakeholders to ensure that the projects flow smoothly.
Attend in person and virtual events to capture content.
Hold meetings to review strategies with Loan Officer. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Roll-up sleeves and support the team with all marketing related projects including those outside of the “traditional” role.
Qualifications:
Local to Naperville, IL area
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Market or business or equivalent
Creative mindset
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
Self-motivated, naturally curious, levelheaded, and diligent
Excellent knowledge of social media marketing & strategy
Competent in Microsoft applications, Canva, iMovie, Adobe applications, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, &Premier Pro is a plus.
