Job Description : ITAC is a nonprofit consulting organization dedicated to helping NYC manufacturing companies grow and prosper. We work with small and mid-size companies throughout the five boroughs, and help them expand into new markets, adopt new technology, create innovative products, develop their customer base, find new partners, improve their processes, and develop sustainable practices. This also translates into job creation/retention, and significant economies of time and money.We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will have a multifaceted role: 1) Lead ITAC’s internal marketing efforts aimed at actively engaging both funders and clients around consulting services that will help them succeed (those services are not limited to marketing, see examples above); and2) Act as a revenue-generating marketing consultant for NYC manufacturers.Duties and Responsibilities Include: Internal Marketing Efforts: Work with Management to refine brand communication and vision, and develop brand, marketing, and client/funder engagement strategiesExecute against marketing/social media strategy to recruit new clients and fundersManage website analytics, build new website pages, and optimize website SEOWork proactively to identify and produce strong story telling opportunitiesCreate compelling, authentic, on-brand content – including the ability to adapt voice/tone to a range of end-users. From punchy headlines, to press releases, blog posts, social media updates, B2B print collateral, case studies etc.: write it, proof it, edit it, shoot it (photo/video), make it discoverable, or all the aboveLeverage tools and data to measure and manage campaign effectiveness/ROI; extract key insights from marketing campaigns to inform and improve the strategyRecruit clients as well as participants to our various initiatives. Create, develop, and implement events/webinarsMarketing Consulting: Develop your portfolio of clients and help them with their marketing needs (e.g., digital marketing strategy, competitive landscape analyses, SEO keywords, website development)Manage the entire deliverable cycle from initial planning to implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reportingHelp scope marketing projects that arise and identity suitable marketing consultants/specialists that can help lead projectQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Marketing, Communication, Advertising or similar3+ years of experience in digital marketing preferred — bonus points if it was for a start-up or small companyProactive, organized self-starter and strategic thinkerSuperior creativity, attention to detail and project management skillsProven ability to perform several tasks concurrently (time management and organizational skills)Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimum supervisionVaried & strong writing experience showcasing your ability to write, proof and edit clear, impactful, and inspiring marketing copy for print & webPassion for content marketing strategies, trends, tools, and channelsExcellent understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including their respective strengths and demographics (Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)Experience in email marketing/marketing automation/CRMA drive to use data and metrics to amplify or replicate successExperience in MailChimp, Adobe Illustrator, On24, Google Analytics, SEMRush, WordPress, SquareSpace, Wix, SurveyMonkey, etc. a plusFor the person who possesses these qualities, ITAC offers a competitive compensation package including salary and a full array of benefits.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Marketing: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
