Be a part of a team that delivers solutions! The ERP Development Team at DPR is a dynamic and experienced team with a track record of delivering quality solutions. The ERP Developer position is responsible solution development for the Finance and Accounting and Job Management Systems at DPR. The work centers around the CMiC ecosystem and it’s enabling technologies . The Developer will also support development and deployment efforts with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate would be versatile and willing to learn multiple technologies and solve for problems within a team environment. Additional work includes developing integrations to a variety of target systems.

This position is based in the Dallas TX and will be a part of the ERP Development Team.
Responsibilities
Application Development
Support and maintain the ERP Enterprise Application
Develop and maintain reports using Jasper Reports or CMiC BI
Develop and maintain programs using CMiC’s Program Builder
Coordinate development releases through the development life cycle using JIRA
Coordinate with ERP Application Support for issue management and resolution
Participate in database design, database programming, SQL development, performance tuning, trouble shooting, maintenance of development deliverables
Write high quality and well-documented code according to accepted standards based on user requirements using PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Forms/Reports, ADF Framework
Leverage SQL constructs and other utilities for data analysis
Participate in the solution of a business problem
Gather requirements, write specifications, develop code, write test cases, write documentation.
Be willing to research solutions that go beyond the technical footprint
Test and debug program units in conjunction with other units and/or systems
Work with DBA to create Oracle Database objects based on the new requirement (tables, indexes, views, partitions, constraints, triggers etc.,)
Research new technologies
Integration Development
Maintain and support existing integrations based on CMiC solutions
Maintain and support future integrations built on Jitterbit
Maintain Job Schedules, Deal with error handling, Configure notifications (email, text, other)
Monitor existing stack of integrations
Team Structure
Work collaboratively in small, cross-functional team(s)
Analyze, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
Contribute towards the Knowledge Base/FAQ repository
Provide training your areas of expertise
Position Requirements
Technical Skills
BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
3 to 5 years’ experience in Information Technology
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP/FO platform, the entity model, security model, Web services, and xRM framework
Experience architecting solutions including ERP/FO customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins
.NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
Experience with ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication and Workflow Foundations, JavaScript, and HTML
Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD
Experience with Oracle Reports
Experience with iReport Designer, JasperReports, JasperReports Server
Experience with Oracle SQL Developer
Experience with Oracle ADF framework
Experience educating/training a programming team in Oracle/ADF is a plus
Experience with application servers (JBoss, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Weblogic)
Experience with API development (REST, SOAP, JSON)
Experience with Integration Platforms (Jitterbit)
Experience with MS Office applications
