Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a SharePoint Software Developer. The successful candidate can work at our Roy, UT facility or work remotely and will support the SDS program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What you’ll get to do:
Conduct analysis and assessment of current SharePoint sites to provide recommendation and new design options for an enhanced user experience.
Conduct user interviews – interacting with end users to establish end user needs, desires, and existing pain points.
Conduct user testing insights to provide qualitative and quantitative data analysis and make recommendations to develop Digital Transformation products.
Create SharePoint Design using graphics and style sheets
Curate new content on SharePoint and Confluence sites, including population and organization of existing content within the module links
Apply and maximize development of SharePoint out of the box features and functionalities.
Develop and deploy Share Point custom code
Implement integrations in conjunction with other team members and products
Knowledge of all phases of the SharePoint Development Lifecycle
Translation of technical requirements into development plans
Understanding of custom solutions using Angular JS, bootstrap, REST API
Collaboration with UX/UI designer to develop and build and redesign based on informed constraints
Implementation of designs in SharePoint
Implementation of analytics to inform future design and development efforts
You will collaborate with software engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of data-driven and SharePoint applications. You will gain experience with SharePoint and full-stack software development, including database interaction, API development, business logic implementation, and User Interface development using modern web development technologies.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree
5+ years of related experience
Experience using SharePoint 2016 and 2019
Experience using PowerShell
Experience with Agile Development
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Experience with Power Apps Development
Experience with SharePoint System Administration
Experience with UI/UX Design
Experience with Microsoft Office
Must be a US Citizen
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Exposure to SQL
Exposure to HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Salary Range: 87400 – 131200

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
