Job Description : DescriptionConvergence Research is a wholesale pre-employment provider of court information who uses technological products built in-house to deliver critical information to clients. As a company who prides themselves a technical leader among the other companies in the space, you will be responsible for working with our development team to create new solutions as well as extend our existing suite of services.As a part of our team, you will help design and build the systems that collect, examine and curate court information for Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs). Our ideal candidate is someone who values concise and efficient solutions while achieving a low defect count. This is a full-time position which means 40 hours a week in the office.About Convergence Research We are a small business located in West Chester, OH of around 35 employees. We have been in this business for 15 years and are well-known within our market. Our dev team is small but specialized for the industry. When you join our team, you will have the autonomy to try new things and directly influence the success of a growing market leader.Responsibilities and Required Skills · Undergraduate degree required· Familiarity with Microsoft .NET technologies· Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET (including NET.CORE), WebAPI, RESTful solutions· Web development front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Node.js, NPM, JavaScript· Relevant database experience (administration not required)· Ability to work in all facets of development with a high level of autonomyOur Ideal Candidate· STEM-related degree· Experience implementing solutions as a developer in Node.js, ASP.NET Core, C#, JSON, JavaScript· TCPIP sockets/ message-queuing· Prior professional dev experience with small development teams· Experience gathering and summarizing functional requirements and writing specificationsIn addition to these attributes, you will occasionally need to conference with customers and researchers to collect requirements or address issues.
