Job Description : Junior Web Developer$40-50K annually, with a full benefits packageFull Service Funnels is a leader in online commerce and affiliate marketing sales funnels. We are a leader because of our cutting edge design work created by our in-house team. We are looking for an individual to help our web development team create and edit websites utilizing our in-house tools.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Concept and design customer facing digital assetsExecute all visual design stages from concept to implementation working closely with other web developersBring simplicity and user friendliness to sometimes complex user flows and experiencesFollow design guidelines, best practices and industry standardsImplement and maintain website policies and incorporate them with content produced for the websitesHTML, CSS and Javascript codingPerform and report on web performance testingAssisting with the user experience for mobile, desktop, and other platformsCreate cascading style sheets (CSS) that are consistent across all browsers and platforms; test and review CSS changes across browsers and operating systemsWork with the extended eCommerce team to develop methodologies and practices for the introduction of new site features including innovative, interactive technologiesOptimize code for maximum speed and scalabilityMonitor and ensure quality assurance across all platforms, devices and browsersKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Web savvy individual with expertise in web graphic and user experience designProficiency in Photoshop, sketchapp, or other visual design and wire-framing toolsProficiency in HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0 and basic JavaScriptExcellent project management, planning, teamwork, and communication skillsExperience with Website Metric ToolsStrong Quantitative and Analytical skills with the ability to interpret various sources of data into actionable initiativesWork effectively both independently and as part of a teamEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or equivalent in IT, Web Programs and/or Ecommerce experience3+ years of Web Design / Development experience – ideally in an e-commerce environmentCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:Full time, salaried at $40-50K annually, with a full benefits packageMust be local to Portland areaHours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pmPlease share a cover letter and resume, along with 2-3 dates and times of availability for a video interview.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
