We have an opportunity for a Junior Developer on our Illinois team. This is a hybrid position, with a work from home option and 2 days minimum in our Plainfield, Illinois office. As a Junior Developer you will provide support in maintaining our internal dispatching programs and surrounding application needs. Your programming skills and attention to detail will be the keys to your success as a Junior Developer.
You will :
Develop and maintain code for custom software programs
Customize and maintain code for packaged software programs
Address and fix support ticket issues
Perform live and web-based training for employees on use of custom and packaged software programs
Develop video training modules for employees on use of custom and packaged software programs
Travel to branch offices when necessary

Key Qualifications:
Education in Java & Web Development (College Degree or Boot Camp Equivalent) Required
Experience with Java, Typescript, Swift, SQL languages preferred
Experience with Angular and Spring Boot frameworks preferred
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent service and relationship building skills
