Job Description : Completes work as a full-stack developer using the .NET platform and involved in all aspects of the software development cycle: from design and development, all the way to support and documentation. Participates in the design process of our solutions, providing the technical expertise needed to keep our applications efficient and easy to maintain. Uses software development skills and experience in areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), sales, and member-facing applications like Online Banking. As an experienced professional, you will be performing these tasks under limited direct supervision.
Works with analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of requirements documentation for assigned projects. Develops technical solutions through collaboration with senior team members ensuring a full understanding of the requirements. Creates technical design, and application functionality documents. Participates in technical design and code reviews to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning.
Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable education and/or experience. Minimum of four (4) years of software development life cycle management experience. Minimum of two (2) years of front-side (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) tools to create websites from concept to finished product (front-end and back-end).
Proficiency in server, network, and hosting environments, relational and non-relational databases, how to interact with APIs, user interface/experience, quality assurance, version control systems, and security. Understanding of Object-oriented programming principles, in addition to C# programming, HTTP, Git and front-end-framework for responsive design (Bootstrap). Ability to conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. Must remain current with the latest industry best practices and programming competencies.
Able to work in a team environment and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
