Do you have extensive experience developing front end web pages using the latest frameworks? Do you know CSS like the back of your hand? Do you look at fresh design for a web page and say, “I like what I see, and I want to offer some suggestions before I figure out how to build it!”?

The Role
Using your knowledge of programming languages to code web pages and applications based on specifications and designs provided. Duties include communicating with clients to identify their needs, working with our team to set and exceed expectations, and optimizing web pages for excellent user experiences. Running unit tests and integration tests to ensure code performs as requirements define.
Producing, maintaining, and modifying websites and applications
Incorporating measurement and analytics code, 3rd party applications, graphics, and video clips into web pages
Creating tools that improve the user’s web experience
Ensuring web sites are accessible for all abilities across many platforms, devices, and operating systems
Routinely testing websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors
Fixing any website issues or bugs that arise
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Review design and requirements provided to determine what technology will be used to create an incredible user experience for visitors to our marketing web sites, calculators, and widgets. Someone who sees opportunities to streamline existing workflows and builds solutions to save the firm time and money.
5+ years of hands-on front end web development experience using HTML and CSS
3+ years coding responsive design web pages and coding complex Client-side JavaScript solutions
3+ years coding web pages with Angular or similar frameworks
A reputation of delivering unbreakable code
Experience working as a key contributor on multiple time-sensitive projects
A desire to help others on the team learn and succeed
Your experience developing professional and creative web pages and applications
Your experience troubleshooting and solving technical challenges
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to deliver excellent solutions
Expectations that you feel comfortable sharing your opinions
An eagerness to learn, explore, and share what you have learned with others
Proficiency in website programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of key website design principles and accessibility implications
Advanced problem-solving skills
Ability to use client input to create functional, creative, and user-friendly webpages
Experience with Node.js and CMS systems are pluses
Analytical and meticulous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
