Position : SharePoint Developer/Designer
Job Description : AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented, energetic technology minded SharePoint professional for immediate employment in the Raleigh, North Carolina area or remote employment in the US. The SharePoint developer/designer will report to the Data Science Manager in the Technology Services Department and support both internal and external clients within the Environment business line. This position will support a wide variety of AECOM projects that require SharePoint site development, site design, site collection administration and end user support. A successful candidate will work both independently and in close coordination with various Senior SharePoint developers, AECOM staff, project teams and clients to develop, deploy and support SharePoint Online solutions critical to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Communicating and collaborating with the project manager, project team, and client to understand and document SharePoint site requirements.
+ Developing mockups, prototypes, and production applications as well as presenting possible design solutions that meet documented requirements.
+ Designs, develops, implements, and enhances SharePoint sites to meet client needs.
+ Develop efficient, user-friendly solutions within SharePoint.
+ Develop MS Flows/Workflows to automate functions and improve project efficiency and data quality.
+ Develop user-friendly data entry forms using Power Apps, JavaScript, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, or other integrated technologies.
+ Develop and manage dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
+ Manages permission groups for user access and supports end user troubleshooting.
+ Creates well organized, user-friendly sites and sub-sites using master pages, web parts, and CSS.
+ Applies versioning, document sets, and custom content types appropriately to support project requirements for document control.
+ Works efficiently and effectively both independently and within a project team.
+ Provides web application support through the use of technologies including .NET, JavaScript/jQuery, graphic packages, and SQL Server.
+ Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The midpoint of the salary range is $73,461.72 annually (exempt).

Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Social Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
+ 2 years of relevant professional experience in SharePoint site development, programming, administration, and management.
+ Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Demonstrated experience using JavaScript/jQuery, .NET, Ruby on Rails, and/or Python.
+ Strong writing, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
+ Demonstrated experience with relational databases.
+ Experienced with SharePoint Online development.
+ Knowledge of site development processes and methodologies.
