Job Description : ArthurPaige is looking for Front-End Developer to help design user experiences for new and existing web-based applications. You will be designing user-friendly solutions for complex workflows. You will designing high-fidelity mockups using Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator, Photoshop), Axure, or similar design tools. You will be creating design artifacts and workflow diagrams with the understandings of user experience designing processes, standards, and best practices. You will be in lockstep with creative directors, product owners, development teams, and stakeholders.What you will needExperience in UX or related field with a strong background in user interface design is requiredUnderstanding of Human Factors and Graphic Design.You will demonstrate your ability to design compelling and intuitive user interfacesExpertise in visual or graphic design using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent is keyYou will be called to collaborate with cross-functional teams of multiple disciplinesYou will be creating style guides, icons, and graphics in support of multiple projectsDesired experience may include:Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility compliance requirementsFamiliarity working with development teams in an Agile environmentExperience with HTML and CSSPixel perfect design skillsKnowledge of typographyA Professional portfolio will be considered to understand your design thought process and understanding of visual designJob Type: Full-timePay: $170,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
