Job Description : Rarely – and I mean RARELY – do we use the word “corporate”. It’s stuffy, buttoned-up and not at all reflective of who we are. Camping World is now hiring a UI Developer skilled in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team environment. This position will be responsible for front-end implementation of pixel perfect projects from UI/UX design mocks that are fully responsive and easily integrated with back-end functionalities. Our ideal candidate would also have a background in graphic design and/or be capable of translating new user-facing features and experiences into production code optimized for maximum speed and scalability. This would entail the candidate to be able to process the mock into a functioning webpage, with limited dynamic content, that can be passed to develop team for completion.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
CSS with Framework experience (Bootstrap etc.)
HTML
JavaScript
jQuery is a plus
Browser developer tools
Cross-platform Testing/debugging
Version-control system (Git preferred)
Accessibility best practices
Photoshop & Illustrator
Experience with modern php frameworks is a plus (Laravel and/or Symfony)
SOFT SKILLS:
A detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for design and a broad understanding of user experience.
Dedication to continual learning, as front-end development and business needs are ever evolving.
Someone who is okay not having all the right answers all the time, but who has strong critical thinking skills and passion for growth.
A clear communicator with an easy-going personality who is self-directed and able to adapt quickly.
TEST:
Applicants will be expected to produce a fully responsive landing page from a static mockup.

Compensation from $65K per year and above plus incentives, dependent on experience.
