Job Description : Greater Boston, MA -Remote OKFull-TimeCustomer SuccessA UI/UX and Front-End Web Developer is responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles on websites and web applications for a positive and cohesive user experience. These developers use HTML, CSS, JS and other tools to achieve responsive designs. UI/UX and Front-End Web Developers are often assisted by back-end web developers, who are responsible for server-side application integration and logic.*Description: *We’re looking for a UI/UX and Front-End Web Developer who will take a key role to join our in-house creative agency team. This person will be responsible for creating and building interactive experiences using the Jebbit platform with UX/UI best practices. You possess the ability to take lo-fi and hi-fidelity wireframes and can build responsive experiences that consumers would love to engage with. You will also be communicating with clients directly, helping answer any technical questions they have or talking through the scope of a project.You’ll be working alongside other creatives within the Studio Team and Customer Success collaborating and iterating on the user experience developed within the Jebbit Platform.Responsibilities: You will become an expert in building interactive campaigns using the Jebbit softwareAbility to work both independently and collaboratively to create interactive campaigns for clients from the concept/ideation stage to the launch stageCoordinate with Studio & Customer success team to implement tech specifications (campaign creation, optimization, reporting, etc.)Ideate and develop screens and templates that can be utilized by clients on a self-serve capacity.Design, build and maintain highly reusable Javascript, HTML and CSS codeUnderstand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessaryImplementation of tracking events using Javascript (Facebook, Snap, Pinterest, Linkedin, GTM, Google, etc)Able to interpret client and brand designs/mocks and build that UX/UI flow within the Jebbit Platform within accordance of the client branding.Communicate with clients to discuss scope of project, troubleshoot, or answer any technical questionsSkills and Expertise: 1-2+ year of experience as a front-end developer1+ year experience as a UI/UX designer1-2+ years at an in-house or external agency experience working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns, with a strong, diverse portfolio to show for itStrong knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass) and CSS preprocessor toolsStrong knowledge of HTML5 and its best practicesKnowledgeable in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, etc)Proficiency using Git version controlProficient using the command lineProficient in understanding and implementing tracking pixels (Facebook, Snap, Pinterest, Linkedin, GTM, Google, etc)Knowledge with software (JIRA)Compensation & Benefits: Jebbit offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with anticipated duties and responsibilities.
