In this position, you will be responsible for Web Development and design. This role plays a unique part in establishing website standards and coordinating our client’s strategy.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Builds web pages by formatting text and graphics and developing functionality by using technical knowledge of web design applications.Creates high-quality, attractive design for web sites; maintains and creates the look and feel of the overall site and/or specific content areas.Monitor’s functionality of the web sites; provides direct resolution or collaborates with other team members to resolve issues.Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade website.Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.Conduct content edits/updates and audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.Create appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.Improve the User Experience of the websites regularly.Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the websites align with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.Commitment to excellence and high standardsPositive role model to peersQuality assurance and an eye for quality in our websites and competitor sitesMust have the ability to assist and manage extended trainings for the companyThe ability to prioritize your day, tasks, and communicationsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related field or equivalent, two to four years relatedexperience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe and other visual design tools.Good understanding in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSSGood understanding of content management systems.Good understanding of search engine optimization principlesAbility to conceptualize creative conceptsCommitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changingpriorities with enthusiasmDemonstrated ability to plan and organize projectsAbility to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerProfessional knowledge and experience with all standards and tools for Internetand web-related content delivery.COMPETENCIES: Design–Generates creative solutions;
