Job Description : We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should have superior user interface design skills. The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.ResponsibilitiesExecute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-offConceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendlinessEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standardsSkillsProficiency in HTML, CSS, and the Bootstrap frameworkJavaScript and ColdFusion knowledge is a plus but is not requiredUtilization of the Bootstrap frameworkProven work experience as a web designerDemonstrable web design skills with a strong online portfolioBasic skills in Photoshop to resize or adjust images as needed for the web designExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyUp-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologiesMust be a critical thinker and demonstrate competency in learning new skills and systemsCandidate must provide a online portfolio to show level of skill and prior work.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Our team works fully remote with the occasional team meeting at our central Wisconsin office.
