The Role
We’re in search of a Web Developer that is happy to collaborate, jump at new challenges and works in a time-conscience capacity. Our web developers understand that our website is a product of its own and they care as deeply about the code quality, performance, usability and presentation of both our CMS and our external facing web properties. They bring additive and positive energy to the mix and are ready to speak up when they see issues that need to be addressed. If you haven’t guessed it by now the biggest pre-requisite here is attitude, even in moments of conflict and disagreement. If you’re interested in developing familiarity, proficiency, and (maybe) mastery in different skills you may be lacking, apply now. You MUST…
Share our values, AKA a willingness to show up, grow up, and do good.
Have some years in the experience bank—we’re talking about at least 1-3 years. If you have less experience, but you have great knowledge and work to show – we are interested in hearing from you, too.
Be proficient in HTML and SCSS.
Bring experience in Craft or similar platform (WordPress, etc.)
Have working knowledge of Javascript, Gulp, Twig, & GitHub
Have a knack for collaboration. Playing well with others is key, and experience working cross-departmentally is a must.
Be a current, permanent U.S. residence. Sorry, we’re not hiring outside the U.S. at this time even if you’re willing to work U.S. hours.
It’d be NICE if you…
Have SaaS experience—double bonus.
Are familiar with any and all of our most-used tools (Slack, Zoom, Google docs, and Marketo).
