Job Description : HR Advisor (Home Based/ Manchester Area) Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a change into a supportive team? If so, you could be exactly what we are looking for.We are a large social care and Education organisation with a lot to deliver in our people plan over the next few years. You will need to bring with you excellent organisation and communication skills and an attitude of ‘Let’s get this done’. Basic Employment law knowledge is essential to this role as you will be the first point of contact for our Mangers. This is not a stand-alone role you will have the support of the HR team and will be line manager by a HR Manager. This role will involve some national travel to our locations. We look forward to welcoming the next amazing team member so please get in touch if this role is of interest to you.About you:You will be responsible for supporting day to day operational HR within division and will support the effective, safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of business objectives. Working closely with the Divisional HR Manager and the wider People team, to achieve the agreed KPI’s.You will educate and support managers in managing performance and ER Cases; Ensuring that managers have the knowledge to follow company policies and processes consistently, give commercial, pragmatic, HR advice and help managers gain the confidence to deal with people issues.Travel will be required in this role to enable you to support services where required.You will be ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or/with substantial demonstrable experience.In regards to benefits, at Salutem, any day can be a payday.
