The main business is to provide online one-on-one tutoring in Mathematics, English, Science, Biology, Chemistry, and other subjects for children.Air-class, headquartered of UK in London, is the world’s largest one-on-one online tutoring service with more than 500,000 students worldwide, providing one-on-one targeted tutoring for young people around the world anytime, anywhere.Key Responsibilities: · Be responsible for the service of paying users, maintain the normal development of courses and promote the consumption of courses· Responsible for course arrangement, communicating with teachers about lesson arrangement, attendance checking of teachers and students, and paying attention to courses, reasonably arranging teachers’ work plan, counting and adjusting teachers’ workload, and arranging the course adjustment;· Communicate with users to improve user satisfaction· Cooperate with the sales staff to increase referral rate and renewal rate, and complete the monthly target· Collect user opinions and feedback, propose solutions or put forward suggestions to the company· Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.· Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals· Coordinates with different departments to ensure completion of different aspects of operations of the team· Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and payroll- related items.Essential Requirements: · At least 3 years Customer Service Leader working experience· Language: Fluency in English· Technical competencies: (Job related): Knowledge in working with database applications.
