Job Description : Job SummaryAcademic Instructor – Verbal (Open position: 1) Location: Koramangala/MarathahalliResponsibilities and DutiesDeliver assigned curriculum on subject in classes.Guide and train students at all levels to help them improve their scores (as per benchmarks set by IMS) and exploit the students’ full potential.Mentor and guide students at all levels to achieve their highest scores on the Test day.Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise.Partner with academics support staff to ensure student needs are met.Take various tests both actual (like CAT) and IMS internal tests as stipulated by academics staff.Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of the test such as knowledge of test format, dates offered, test enrolment process and admission timelines.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsFluent in written and spoken EnglishPresentation skillMentoring skillAbility to engage and motivate studentsAbility to learn on the jobAbility to teach/train and comfortable with groupsExposure to tests such as CAT or GMAT is desiredExpected Start Date: 1/3/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, FreelanceSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftFixed shiftWeekend availabilityApplication Question(s):Have you taken CAT/GMAT or taught CAT/GMAT before?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
