Job Description : Job Title: – StaffNurseDepartment: – WardsReporting: – Deputy Nursing SuperintendentJob SummaryProviding excellent services of nursing to the patient care including assisting doctors in clinics for examining the patients, giving injection, another treatment, helping patients in shifting, making pharmacy indent, getting food, etc.Duties & Responsibilities: -Ø Administer drugs, I/V fluids and injection and watch for any complications.Ø Assist in receiving and transporting patients within the different areas in the hospital (ambulance, diagnostics etc.).Ø Giving necessary instruction to patients and relatives.Ø Supervising waste segregation and biomedical waste management.Ø Preparing patients for surgery and for various procedures.Ø Documentation of clinical medical records in the patient’s case sheet, assist consent and entry in the register.Ø Indent medical and non-medical items as and when necessary.Ø Making HIS entry.Ø Checking the drugs received form pharmacy as per the doctor’s prescription.Ø Taking inventory and maintenance of equipments.Ø Responsible for direct supervision and guidance to the members of the team.Ø Establish and maintain good inter-personal relationship.Ø Receiving the patients and checking their vitals before, during & after procedures.Ø Responsible for rendering clinical care to the patients.Ø Updating & maintenance of records (patient’s file, inventory book etc)Ø Responsible for entering patient’s clinical records, vitals, medication details, nursing care plan and progress notes in patients case sheet.Ø Responsible for supervising bio medical waste segregation, collection, transportation, storage as per bio medical waste handling policy.Ø Is responsible to verify the face sheet, medical reports, and documents on admission.Ø She/He is expected to do an initial assessment of the patient’s vital parameters and record in the case sheet.Supervision Received: – Nursing Incharge.Educational Qualification: -Graduate in Nursing/GNM/BSC,from RecognizedInstituteWork Experience: -Minimum 1 yearJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹21,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleProvident FundSchedule:Flexible shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Shift allowanceEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)GNM: 3 years (Preferred)Language:Hindi & English (Preferred)License/Certification:Nursing License- DMC Registration (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
