We are seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager who is passionate about how fans share and discover entertainment content, and how entertainment professionals manage their brand on IMDb. You will own the end-to-end marketing funnel for IMDb Contributors (fans and professionals) – the community that provides data and opinions to IMDb every day. You will drive IMDb Content marketing execution and planning and play a key role in driving Contributor growth through managing and optimizing campaigns, identifying new opportunities based on customer insights, data analysis and continuous experimentation. You’ll be responsible for reporting on the health of this business, and building and prioritizing a marketing plan. You will focus on marketing through owned and operated channels, including cross-site advertising and supporting the IMDb app, partnering and outbound channels (email, push notifications). You will have high level of interaction and synergy within Content Product, Operations, and Customer Service, and will work with Consumer Marketing, cross category, editorial, Social Media marketing, Original Video, Creative studio, and other Amazon teams on a regular basis. You will regularly communicate with senior leadership on status, metrics and campaign management.
You will excel in the following areas:
Customer Insight & Innovation: You live and breathe customer insights. You and your team develop bold, innovative marketing solutions that are grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs.
Marketing Execution: Define and own your team’s short and long-term marketing plan, including creative development, user testing, multi-channel delivery, customer experience, and A/B testing in an Agile environment.
Business Growth: Managing the complete business of your marketing area including establishing key metrics, setting and meeting goals on customers, customer engagement, and retention.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Foster tight partnerships with key stakeholders. This role in particular requires strong relationships with peers on customer service, operations, and product teams.
Data-Led Decision Making: You are the expert in collecting, analysing, and communicating the data throughout the lifecycle marketing funnel. You rigorously test your marketing creatives and plan and use the data to iterate your way to success.
Communication: Proactively communicate your teams’ plans and accomplishments in both verbal and written narratives to ensure alignment with senior leadership and technical partners.
Key job responsibilities
You will support IMDb marketing strategy and contribute directly to driving incremental Contributor growth.
You will be responsible for increasing engagement across all Contributor touchpoints by effectively developing the right traffic and awareness-driving levers (and then testing/iterating).
You’ll own building onsite and e-mail marketing campaigns that enable us to delight customers and scale efficiently.
You will be both strategic and hands-on, developing the marketing plan and communication framework, as well as ensuring that we develop visual assets (images, animations, videos) to excite/engage entertainment fans.
You will partner with with creative, editorial, product, technology, advertising, social media, and content teams to deliver engaging and fun customer experiences.

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with full-funnel marketing (acquisition, engagement, retention)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
