Purpose of the Role
To design, implement and maintain the Peak AI Platform – a new system of intelligence that allows companies to quickly harness the power of AI.
The Role
You will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the Peak platform and on-boarding new clients – this involves:

Participate in articulating and implementing squad mission, OKRs and objectives as per the product strategy and roadmap.
Lead the implementation of the features according to the product strategy, be accountable for the technical decisions and the releases for the assigned squad’s workstream.
Help product and engineering managers in requirement detailing and story grooming.
Design, code, test, review, build, release, and document for the product stories and technology upgrades including infrastructure, deployments, debt
Be accountable for the code quality, understand and ensure all engineering practices, tools and guidelines are followed consistently
Evaluate new frameworks, tools or libraries to enhance our tech stack or solution continuously
Work with the enabling teams/guilds for enhancing developer experience frameworks
Participate actively in all the meetings, represent the squad in the cross-team meetings.
Help hire/attract new talents, guide, mentor and develop junior engineers/interns.

Required Skills and Experience
We are building a team of world class engineers in Jaipur, essentially we are looking for bright, talented engineers looking to work at the cutting edge of practical AI.

Excellent programming experience, strong command on Algorithms, Data structures, Software Architecture and Design principles.
Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in any javascript frameworks (Reactjs and Nodejs preferred), Java, Python or Go
Good understanding of frontend technologies, microservices, databases, cloud technologies (AWS preferred), CI/CD, Serverless
Must have good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology, Test-driven development and Git version control.
Well versed with quality assurance and control practices
Great team person with team leading experience
Advantage: experience in GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, data ingestion, open-source contributions
