Job Description : Now hiring a Medical Office Administrative Assistant at a pediatric therapy clinic in Indian Trail. Bilingual skills preferred.Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Greet clients at front reception desk in a professional and pleasant mannerReceive incoming calls and ensures questions and needs are directed to appropriate personPerform administrative and clerical support tasks for the front officeincluding filingupdating clients into our user-friendly softwarecollecting moneyanswer general questions from our clients and therapistsBilling insurance companiesReconciling claimsRequesting authorization for servicesBenefit eligibility callsRequired skills and qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skillsProficiency with computers and word processing software, and basic typing skillsAvailable to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:45 am to 6:30 pm (8 hour shift)Must enjoy working with childrenMust be able to close the office Monday through Friday.Scrubs are required.Job Types: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:To keep our staff as safe as possible, we utilize face masks, temperature checks for all, regular cleaning and hand washing.
