We have three convenient locations in Old Bridge, Freehold, & Union NJ. All new and state of the art! Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.-Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller’s needs yourself.-Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of the patient’s arrival; reminding the provider of service delays.-Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits.-Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties; answering patients’ questions; maintaining the reception area.-Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.- Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Employee discountHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Medical office experience: 2 years (Required)Customer Service: 2 years (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
