To develop behavioral intervention teams. To serve as a liaison with multiple disciplines to align strategic initiatives with clinical practice. To oversee process improvement efforts and develop interdisciplinary teams to develop sustainable solutions within area(s) of responsibility.
Salary Range: $62,355 – $101,325
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing Administration or a related field and five (5) years of experience in an inpatient healthcare setting required. Leadership experience in an inpatient environment preferred.
