The successful candidate will have career aspirations in this profession and the ability to be a trusted advisor to our clients.This position is open to a remote hire.How You’ll Contribute: Preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and non-profit tax returnsMonthly Bookkeeping, Create Financials, Sales Taxes, PayrollOther special projects as necessaryWhat You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)CPA certification or candidate for certification3-4 years of end-to-end tax and accounting experience with small and medium sized businesses in a production/deadline environmentStrong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new applicationsPayroll experienceSolid background with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks OnlineExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and ExcelAn impactful written and oral communicatorAbility to prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines while working independently with minimal supervisionProblem-solver with a high attention to detailProcess and process improvement orientedAbility to project professional image that reassures clients their information is in the hands of a professionalWhat You’ll Love About Us: Competitive salary based on experience and skill setPerformance based bonusesTeam building activities and company social eventsUpshot: We’re a small and growing fast paced company.
