The role will provide an opportunity to work with a range of HR business processes and will be focussed on supporting A&O Life cycle management team, ensuring that:
Services provided are in line with Company’ Life Cycle and business needs from HR coordinator role.
Standards of best practice to be implemented and followed.
Follow defined process and look for improvisation in the process.
The capability to plan and schedule work in line with changing priorities
Provide operational day to day support to Employee benefits and data changes
Develop understanding of the end to end processes and apply these in a consistent manner
Strong administrative and organisation skills
Proficiency in the use of MS Office – Excel, Word and Outlook, HRMS tools like Workday/Oracle/PeopleSoft and any ticketing tool
Ability to work with high volume workload and tight deadlines
Customer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Good Communication skills
A strong sense of attention to detail and analytics with a focus on service delivery
Knowledge of relevant employment legislation gained through either studies or practical experience would be highly regarded.
Respond to queries from internal and external customers in a prompt and courteous manner
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Life cycle processes implementing changes when required
Escalate issues and blockages to the relevant Leads in order that resolutions can be sought
Bachelor’s any Discipline
2 to 5 years operations experience,
Minimum 2 years of experience in employee life cycle management which could include expertise in HR processes such as Recruitment support, Hire, Benefits administration, Payroll/Payment processing, statutory compliance, employee relations, query management, exit management, etc.
Experience in direct employee query management via the designed communication channel.
Proficient knowledge and experience in MS Office.
Proficient knowledge on statutory and legal regulations is required.
Strong communication skills to efficiently manage employee queries (English).
Excellent organisational skills, process oriented and a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate at all levels.
High degree of influencing skills across peer group and more senior levels.
High energy, ability to work independently and work effectively within a team.
Service Now and Workday knowledge would be preferred.
Experience of having worked in a shared service model would be preferred.
Prior experience in supporting Transformation projects would be preferred.
