Job Description : The Trading Implementation Professional Team (TRIS Professional) is responsible for certification and onboarding of FIX clients on transactions platform across asset class.
TRIS Professional works closely with Sales and Account management teams, Professional Services, Product Dev, Support teams to understand bespoke business workflows and translate them into a software solution. The role on a day to day basis also involves a lot of external communication with tech teams of clients/brokers and their technology vendors. The team also gets involved in various strategic projects ranging from roll out of new functionalities on the platform, system improvements, regulatory changes etc.
To provide senior level of support to internal stakeholders and 3rd party engineers regarding Company products, and to interact with customers to resolve complex issues during Customer Implementation/Onboarding activities
Collaborate with Break Fix/Development Teams during customer site maintenance and repair activities. The role leverages innovative technologies to ensure global consistency of support tasks
Responsible for building out both simple and complex client trading environments (client facing), creating both Internal and External users, configuration of trading/clearing accounts, enabling Broker Trading connections and integrating multi-complex clearing solutions
Provide engineering expertise and second level support to internal stakeholders and 3rd party engineers
Perform customer site break fix activities remotely. Analyze and having certification call with clients to make sure that onboarding/integration work completed with required product system as expected and production roll out
Provide support for alpha/beta programs, create Integration and Production environments
Support pre-sales teams in the provision of demonstrations, and provide advice on architectural design, functionality and integration aspects
Professional with knowledge in a technical discipline or specialization

Autex Trade Route (ATR) is one of the world’s largest global FIX-based order-routing networks, delivering order flow of over 40 billion shares per day in equities, options, and futures, as well as FX and fixed income. More than 850 buy-side firms connect to over 600 brokers through a single FIX connection.
Autex is a network that allows brokers to advertise equities liquidity (either pre-trade or post-trade) to their buy-side clients. Buy-side traders, in turn, use these messages as a core part of their strategy for discovering liquidity they need to complete trades.
RTN Onboarding:
Refinitiv trade reporting tool allows our clients to reach counterparties all around the world with a single connection, with guaranteed delivery and global customer support. The Trade Notification network dramatically improves transparency and powers genuine straight-through processing (STP).
Trade Notification supports all of our FX trading venues, including FXall, Dealing, and Matching. The service also connects to top single dealer, multi-dealer, and voice broker platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Integrating with new brokers and clients for FIX workflows is the primary responsibility of the team;
Work closely with customers and/or their OMS/EMS vendors to understand their requirements, provide best solutions to complex workflows and integration with our platforms;
Onboarding new clients and facilitating new connections for existing clients;
Onboarding new publishers and receivers;
Liaising with clients and internal groups to handle new client integration requirements;
Support changes on customer production environments/systems and collaborate with Support teams;
Work closely with many internal teams including, Sales and Account Management, front line service desk, field service, development, operations, Technology and Product Management;
Good understanding of roles of relevant functional groups in own area;
Suggests and drive process improvements following investigative, analytic, or diagnostic services;
Provide 2nd/3rd level support to TRIS team handling BAU/Standard onboarding activities;
Drive and provide training for new/existing team members for wider TRIS teams (TRIS Professional and TRIS Teams);
Essential Skills:
Exposure to any programming language (C, C++, Java);
Knowledge on Unix;
Knowledge on SQL/Database;
Experience with trading electronic systems, technical infrastructures, and workflows – 5 to 10 years of experience;
Strong Knowledge of FIX Protocol/onboarding and certification (5+ years of experience);
Exposure to OMS/EMS products and electronic trading domain;
Proven experience leading REDI Complex Onboarding activities & Multi-Products Onboarding activities – 5 to 10 years of experience;
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
Flexible to work in multi time zones (HK/EU/US hours);
Lead by example and be highly proactive and collaborative;
Self-learner and flexible to work in different shift coverages as required – Primary EMEA-UK shift then AMERS-US and APAC
Other Skills:
Scripting knowledge in one of the following languages Unix/Perl/Python
Familiarity with networking protocols, VPN, Extranet connectivity, understanding of TCP/IP concepts
Good Knowledge of Equities, Futures and options asset classes
Quick learner with strong attention to details and ability to think outside the box
Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities
Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
Strong team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Experience:
5-10+ Years
Education:
B.E/B.Tech , MCA from any premier institution in Computer Science/Electronics or any IT related stream with exposure to programming
