Job Description : Trust & Estates and Tax Operations Process Improvement Project Manager, Vice President, consistently strives to re-envision processes to meet increasingly complex client, regulatory and industry demands through automated solutions.
Within Operations, process improvement is focused on evolving individual capabilities from lower to higher value-added tasks by freeing up capacity through the elimination of highly repetitive and redundant work. We do this through targeted automated solutions that, in return, allow our people to holistically grow and support their development as Operations professionals of the future.
The desired candidate will develop and lead continuous process improvement programs to achieve operational and change-delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and risk reduction targets. They will partner closely with Operations, Process Engineers, Technology Engineers and Business stakeholders by taking a feature or product through the entire analysis, design, build, deploy and production support stages. They will create process maps using Signavio with a focus on process simplification and service-delivery improvement using automation tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor and UiPath. They will document requirements via Jira user-stories and progress them through the lifecycle stages.
Additional responsibilities include, at times, helping our business users understand process modeling and automation concepts.
Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading strategic process improvement re-engineering projects.
Knowledge of Signavio BPM and BDM process modelling frameworks
Alteryx and/or Xceptor certification preferred
UiPath certified or willing to obtain certification
Experience with reporting solutions such as Tableau
Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and ensure teams are on track to deliver automated solutions
Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships throughout the organization
